WILL STEPHEN BE PHOTOGRAPHING MY WEDDING?

You betcha! Stephen Ludwig will always be your primary photographer during your wedding day no matter what. We don’t use outside or staff photographers as substitutes.

DO YOU TRAVEL OFF ISLAND?

We love to travel! Who doesn’t? Interisland travel is available for a very reasonable travel fee.  Please inquire for a full price-list for outer island wedding.

WHAT IS YOUR STYLE?

This is always an interesting questions because it is always so hard to sum it up in a few sentences but here goes....  I would say naturally I am a fresh, modern, contemporary, photojournallstic photographer with a broad editing technique

WHAT ARE PROFESSIONALLY EDITED PRINTS?

Great images are not just made in the camera but also with careful color correcting and post-processing techniques. Unlike many other photography companies who outsource their editing. We take pride in being a part of the image making process from start to finish. All of our wedding photos are post processed by Stephen Ludwig himself to ensure consistency and quality in the final product

HOW MANY PHOTOS DO YOU TAKE?

On average I take about 200 photos per hour and sometimes even more.  If we see a great photo we make sure we get it. That doesn't mean we are just machine gunning images away. Given the chance we

ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN FEES?

What you see is what you get. We have never been a fan of hidden fees and I am sure you aren't either.  You have the package fee and any extra items it may choose to add to your package and a 4.712% Hawaii state tax is added to that and that's it. 

IS THERE TAX?

All wedding packages are subject to the standard 4.712% Hawaii State tax. 

WHAT IS SHARED COPYRIGHT?

You share rights to the photos with me (the photographer).  You can print your photos at a photo lab of your choice, make copies of the files to share with friends and family and of course post on any social media available without having to go through me.  The photos are yours and you can do as you please with them. 

HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL I RECEIVE?

You can expect to receive roughly around 225 to 725 professionally edited images depending on the wedding photography package you choose.  The standard wedding package range from 2 hours to 9 hours.

DO I RECEIVE THE UNEDITED IMAGES AS WELL?

Yes all wedding packages include the professionally edited images along with all of the original high resolution color images that were taken during the wedding as well. We don't hold anything ransom, you will get everything that we have on a convenient portable drive. 

HOW DO I RESERVE MY DATE?

The booking process is simple.  Once we receive your signed contract along with a 50% reservation fee we are all set.  The reservation fee is 50% of the total package fee after tax and is non-refundable. 

DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS?

Yes, we accept all forms of payment from credit card to cash and personal checks. 

DO YOU OFFER A SECOND PHOTOGRAPHER?

We do offer the option of a second photographer for flat fee of $500 which applies for all packages excluding the premium package.  The premium package includes a complimentary second photographer.
